Our Mission

 Strong, independent Democratic precincts and county parties.  We meet Democratic Organizations where they are. Empower them to grow and strengthen by providing education, training, tools and connections needed to formulate a strategic plan tailored to their individual vision and mission.

Our Impact

Collaborating with individual county Democratic parties around the state, we go to the source and provide individualized partnerships.  Through these partnerships we can talk with precinct and party officers and committees to identify needs and grow a working relationship.

Work one on one with County Democratic Party officers to clarify roles and identify needs. 

Working with party officers or their teams to create a plan to move forward.

Volunteers

Relationship building

interactions, how to guide a conversation. Covering opposition research and pivoting.

Messaging

Collaborate with the 3rd Vice Chair to provide training for social media and email messaging. Evaluate the potential for developing a media team.

identify goals to create a
strategic plan and budget.
